The Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle is a continuous improvement process that consists of four steps: planning, doing, checking, and acting. A strategy is first created, then it is put into action, evaluated for efficacy, and modified as necessary. The quality management method is continuously improved thanks to this iterative approach.
